- Registrar y administrar la agenda del Presidente Municipal
- Remitir con oportunidad las instrucciones o asuntos que gire el Presidente Municipal a los titulares de las dependencias, órganos desconcentrados y entidades para su atención.
- Presentar a la consideración del Presidente Municipal los documentos recibidos para su desahogo
- Dar seguimiento a los asuntos que le encomiende el Presidente Municipal
- Coordinar la correspondencia y el archivo oficial del Presidente Municipal, garantizando la agilidad de los asuntos atendidos directamente por él
- Entrevistar a los ciudadanos que soliciten cita con el Presidente Municipal, a efecto de conocer el asunto a tratar e integrar la información o documentación necesaria para su atención
- Coordinar lo necesario para la logística, agenda, eventos y reuniones de trabajo al Presidente Municipal
